Incoming and outgoing railroad company correspondence concerning engineering, planning, and executing the move from Yakima City to North Yakima. There is a letterpress book of outgoing correspondence and a letterpress book of vouchers, mainly concerning payment of expenses for relocating the town. Includes (folders 9-16) photocopies of the original Northern Pacific Railroad "President's files", mainly internal correspondence.
